Gargellen 5-Person Hybrid Outdoor Sauna

A 5-seat hemlock cabin at $7,999 with an 8 kW heater, $1,600 a seat and 14 percent under the cabin median; no warranty or assembly type is stated.

Gargellen is the second-cheapest of the four 5-seat models we track, behind only the Dundalk Tranquility at $6,483, and sixth-cheapest per seat among the 22 cabins. It measures 72.6 by 98.9 inches and 97.4 tall, about 50 square feet, and weighs 1,075 pounds. The 8 kW heater is 1.6 kW per seat, close to the 1.5 typical.

The name says hybrid, but our data records an electric heater only, so ask the maker what the second heat source is. The Peak Kilimanjaro seats five for $15,450 with a lifetime warranty, and the Auroom Arti costs $43,990. Golden Designs gives no warranty length here, which is the main gap. Recovery for Athletes is the only store we list.
